2009 Membership Applicaction Form

We have completed the 2009 Membership Application Form which is ready for download here. We ask that each rider completely fill out all pages included in the form and mail the document to 2-2026 Lanthier Drive, Suite 389, Ottawa, Ontario, K4A 0N6, or alternatively, bring it to the track at 2020 Ogilvie Road, Ottawa, Ontario (behind the Splash Wave Pool) on any scheduled race or practice day.
Similar to last year, we do have “Early Bird” pricing available to all those who submit their application prior to May 23, 2009, a great value!
